Yesterday was another lay day at the #ROXYpro Gold Coast so while we patiently wait for waves ROXY team riders - Kelia, Monyca, LeeAnn, Bianca, Sierra and Leila decided to trade the beach for the trails at Currumbin Rock Pools.

A short drive from Snapper Rocks into the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland, you would be mistaken from thinking you are a world away from some of Australia’s best surf breaks.

Once we had arrived and took in the beauty of the lush national park paradise, it didn’t take long for groms Leila and Sierra to find a few daring rock ledges to jump from or the best waterfalls to cool off under.

After a full day of rock pool-ing, eating and chilling out, we headed back to Coolangatta to await the next call of the #ROXYpro.
